General description
Suction power
Freggia uses the most modern engines in its ovens hoods, engines which provide suction power of between 300 and 1000 m3/hour. All technology testing is carried out according to international standards IEC / EN 61591 at a distance 1.3 meters from the air outlet diameter, taking into account the bend of the duct at 90 ° with the maximum speed of the production.
Digital display
A digital display shows the oven hood’s current speed setting, as well as providing additional information about the need to clean and replace the grease and carbon filters.
Button control
Our classic buttons have a special membrane construction which makes button depression softer.
Halogen diachronic lighting
Halogen bulbs have far lower power consumption than traditional incandescent bulbs.
Auto switch-off timer
This activates a setting in which the hood automatically switches off once the time set expires.
Filter pollution indicator
This performs a dual function: one signal tells you that it is necessary to change the carbon filter, and the other tells you that you must clean the grease filter. The timely replacement and cleaning of filters is important for ensuring the normal functioning of the appliance.
Clean air
This is an automated oven hood setting in which it turns on every hour for 10 minutes set to the lowest speed, thereby providing your kitchen with constant air circulation.
Aluminium grease filters
All Freggia oven hoods come equipped with durable aluminium filters for capturing grease. The aluminium grease filters are easy to remove and clean. It is essential to clean the grease filters at least once every 3 months, or more, depending on how intensively you use the oven hood. Specially constructed aluminium grilles allow the filter to capture the largest possible amount of contaminants containing grease from evaporations during cooking.
Check valve
All oven hood models come equipped with a check valve, which prevents polluted air from the main air duct from coming back into the kitchen.
