Tangential cooling fan

This is a specially built fan, located on the outside of the oven body. It cools the oven, its front panels and control knobs, as well as protecting kitchen appliances from the effects of high temperatures. The tangential fans used in Freggia ovens are distinguished by their high effectiveness and low levels of noise. The fan turns on and off automatically, its work controlled by special sensors.
