Catalytic cleaning system

All Freggia ovens come with a catalytic back-panel cleaning system which makes oven maintenance in the hardest-to-reach areas easier. Some models also come equipped with side catalytic panels, or can be so equipped if the customer so desires. Catalytic cleaning is a modern, highly effective technology which will help keep your oven in pristine condition. Contaminants which have got onto the catalytic panels are decomposed through application of high temperatures (upwards of 200°С), which then allows you to easily remove them from the panel surface once it has cooled. The catalytic panels do not require any additional maintenance for the entire life cycle of the appliance.
