Forced convection

Ovens
A special fan located inside the oven ensures the even distribution of heat. Using the forced convection setting allows you to avoid burning food, ensures that food will be cooked through evenly, allows you to prepare dishes on different oven shelves simultaneously and allows you to simultaneously prepare multiple dishes (such as mains and desserts) at once without their odours mixing. This function can be activated as part of numerous cooking settings. Forced convection is used both in Freggia’s electrical and in its gas ovens.
